Who We Are
Cameroon Cultural Association of Southern New Jersey is a collection of all Cameroonians in the United States who come together to form CCASNJ for the purpose of help the underprivileged and help shape our communities for the better. The CCASNJ group doesn’t discriminate or judge people of where we are from . We see everybody equal and welcome people from all over the world to the forum. CCASNJ does not endorse or support any political or religious ideologies. We are apolitical.
Our Mission
The mission of the CCASNJ is to create an inclusive society for all persons in need, regardless of their national origin, race, political affiliation or educational background.
CCASNJ is dedicated to inspire a sense of oneness, mutual assistance and a spirit of selfless services, by empowering, supporting, protecting and promoting growth/integrity in her community.
The dedicated members and sympathizers of the CCASNJ are determined to assist all communities in need, by volunteering to donate both time and money to succeed in this quest.
Our Vision
The vision of CCASNJ is to maintain and propagate the identity and cultural norms of the Cameroonian people, improve the quality of life for its members and cultivate strong and friendly relations with all peoples in the community

We know where we are coming from, and we know where we are heading to. Our goal is to break all barriers and to built a happy society for all, regardless of race.
Our Objectives
- To better the health and wellness of all its members and community at large
- Volunteer within the community in order to serve the needs of the needy and to give them an opportunity for a better life
- Assist families and students with academic support items like books
- Promote immigrant transition into the American Society and culture as a whole.
- Participate in education and health projects for the Southern NJ community.
Projects Accomplished by CCASNJ
- Donations of back to school materials to students and their families for past years.
- Counseling services for new members seeking integration into the society.
- Mini health screenings for members and non members of the CCASNJ
- Volunteering for Cathedral Kitchen in NJ
