A Brief History of CCASNJ

Cameroon Cultural Association in the United States of America (CCASNJ-USA) is an apolitical,nonprofit, 501 (c)(3) charitable organization. It draws its membership from Cameroonians and friends of Cameroon all over the world.

The CCASNJ was created in 2010 by a group of dedicated Cameroonian in the South Jersey, NJ, USA, who found the need, to bring all Cameroonians in this area into a forum that would generate benefits to its community. CCASNJ-USA is a well-structured organization with a national executive committee, supported by more than 5 standing committees:

  • The finance Committee
  • The planning and project committee
  • The social committee
  • The Constitution and electoral committee
  • The health committee
  • Education committee
  • Fund raising committee

The Cameroon Cultural Association was founded in 2010, and since then, its membership has grown leaps and bounds. Membership into the organization is open to all well meaning Cameroonians and friends of Cameroon.

The goal of the CCASNJ  is to provide assistance to all persons and communities in need, within the united States and around the world.
